Firm Partners


Mr Yasin Bham obtained his LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Admitted as an Attorney on 2ND December 1987 and commenced practice in 1987. Admitted as a Conveyancer on 22nd November 1994. Admitted to the High Court of South Africa on 21st February 1997. Admitted as a Notary 12th February 2002.

Mr Bham is a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. He is Commissioner for the Small Claims Court in Benoni. Mr Bham was also the Deputy Commissioner on behalf of the I.E.C, which entailed managing the presiding offices.

Mr Deepak Dahya obtained his LLB from the University of Witwatersrand (WITS). Admitted as an Attorney on 28th June 1988 and commenced practice in December 1988. Admitted to the High Court of South Africa on 21st February 1997.

Mr Dahya is a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. Both Mr Bham and Dahya were trustees to a successful Advice Centre.

  • Our Attorney firm is further registered with the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and letter of good standing is available.

We currently have a 200 seat call centre.

We utilize Legal Suite as our collections package, which is approved by all our major clients and institutions. In addition we have our own in-house developed front-end system allowing us to customize and adapt to each client’s requirements.

Our dialer is available in both Predictive and preview mode, maximizing agent productivity and minimizing time lost on dead calls. Our systems allows for: Customized bulk sms and mms campaigns; Bulk email campaigns; Bulk and deep tracing with the major credit bureaus.


Our firm has on a continuous basis rendered financial assistance to the community by contributing to various projects:

Educational assistance- Bursary funds; Charitable organizations – catering for destitute people and children; Feeding scheme – Olivers Home; Soccer sponsorship- underprivileged youth team x 5 -Stokes City; Youth groups-sponsorship. Religious organizations-sponsorship to develop a local church – annual grants; In addition our Mr Bham served as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court; Internal Bursaries and External Bursaries


We have adopted 5 soccer teams from the underprivileged community in Actonville, Benoni.
The ages range from 5 to 14.

We have sponsored 5 complete soccer kits, registration fees, tournaments, trophies and transport to away games.

In addition, we supported the Benoni Chamber of Commerce and several of their functions.
