We utilize Legal Suite as our collections package, which is approved by all our major clients and institutions. In addition we have our own in-house developed front-end system allowing us to customize and adapt to each client’s requirements

Dialer and Call Centre

Our dialer is available in both Predictive and preview mode, maximizing our 200 seat agent productivity and minimizing time lost on dead calls. Our systems allows for: Customized bulk sms and mms campaigns; Bulk email campaigns; Bulk and deep tracing with the major credit bureaus.
